Local Chef Recognized by Alma Mater

Our very own Chef Roy Farrens was featured in Johnson & Wales University Magazine (Winter 2009, pg 23) for his work with Elyria Gardens and Canning Co.  Unfortuntely, JWU doesn’t have a live link to the article, so little snap, snip and paste and voila’, the article below (thanks JWU!).  Great work Roy!  If you haven’t been to Roy & Lisa Farrens wonderful creation in Elyria, check them out here and here.
