The Loup Valley Culinary Experience

with one comment

One of the new promotional efforts we’re rolling out in conjunction with our new website is detailed coverage of our local, independent destination dining establishments.  Below is a teaser of one of those businesses – Elyria Gardens, Canning Company and Cafe.  Chef Roy and Lisa Ferrens treated 36 omnivores to an exclusive dining experience Saturday evening that had our table raving.  Roy included locally grown meats and produce in his preparations.

We’ll highlight several others over the next couple of weeks – Sandstone Grill, the Pizza Palace, the Country Neighbor, Calamity Jane’s and Blanquitas.  A big thanks goes to Angie Svoboda for providing her photographic talents.  Enjoy!
